This is a big thanks to any and all Pequot Cyclists Club members who volunteered to help with any event in any capacity in the 2023 Season. Pequot Cyclists is providing Pizza and Salad at the well known Woodfella’s Pizza in New London.

The drinks are BYOB.

Guests /nonmembers who have not volunteered may attend. The club requests a small donation to support the cost of their meal.

Welcome to the Pequot Cyclists Poker Ride. Date in September TBD

The ride typically starts and ends at Mystik Village. Poker hand rules/winning hands will be posted prior to the ride. Multiple decks are used which can dramatically change the “winning hands” usually seen with a single deck. The first card is given at the start. Four additional cards are given along the ride.

There is a prize for the winning hand!

Volunteers are always needed along the route. Consider enlisting others help for this fun event.

We usually have a rain date.

    Nation’s premier cycling weekend benefitting mental health

    The historic town of New Paltz, NY in the scenic Hudson Valley just 90 minutes north of Manhattan

    Join the movement to “Ride Away the Stigma,” supporting mental health education, research and treatment. Since being founded by Mac Dorris in 2017 to honor the life of his son, Eric, The Ride has raised more than $1 million for McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School and one of the top psychiatric hospitals in the country, whose work benefits the mental health community nationwide.

    The Steeple Chase Bike Tour is a charity fund-raiser for three area non-profit organizations: Windham Area Interfaith Ministry, Perception Programs and the Windham Region No Freeze Project. The Bike Tour features cycling and walking routes through scenic Northeastern Connecticut's Quiet Corner.

    Usual Routes : 18 mile rail trail , 20 mile road cycling , 35 mile road cycling , 62.5 mile road cycling (100km "Metric Century")
